Day 2: Wednesday, February 4, 2027

[Arrival in Lisbon]

We arrive early in Lisbon, Portugal and enjoy a leisurely introduction to the city. Our time begins with a visit to the magnificent Jerónimos Monastery, a masterpiece of Manueline architecture. Afterwards, we’ll check into our hotel and settle in. In the evening, we’ll gather for a warm welcome dinner at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. Overnight accommodations in Lisbon are at the Lutecia Smart Designe Hotel. (L, D)

Day 3: Thursday, February 5, 2027

[Discovering Lisbon]

Today, we spend a full day exploring the highlights of Portugal’s capital. Beginning at the iconic Belém Tower, we then continue into the charming lanes of the Alfama district, one of Lisbon’s oldest neighborhoods. Later, we’ll enjoy a flavorful food and wine tour, sampling local specialties and regional wines with an expert guide. We conclude the day with dinner out in Lisbon. Overnight accommodations in Lisbon are at the Lutecia Smart Designe Hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Friday, February 6, 2027

[Lisbon to Seville]

After breakfast at our hotel, we’ll take an early morning flight from Lisbon to Seville, Spain. Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a full-day tour of Seville, including the stunning Alcázar, the impressive Seville Cathedral. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a vibrant flamenco performance. We’ll end the evening with dinner out in Seville. Overnight accommodations in Seville are at the Eurostars Al-Andalus Palace. (B, L, D).

Day 5: Saturday, February 7, 2027

[Seville to Córdoba and Granada]

In the morning, we check out of our hotel and travel to Córdoba. Here, we visit the breathtaking Mezquita–Cathedral, then enjoy some free time to explore the local market and have lunch. We then continue our travels to Granada, where we’ll check into our hotel and settle in for the evening. Together, we’ll enjoy dinner out in the city. Overnight accommodations in Granada are at the Gran Hotel Luna de Granada. (B, L, D).

Day 6: Sunday, February 8, 2027

[The Wonders of Granada]

Today, we spend the day discovering Granada’s most iconic treasures. We’ll tour the majestic Alhambra and stroll through the tranquil Generalife Gardens, taking in centuries of history and Moorish artistry. We’ll then enjoy dinner out in Granada to cap off the evening. Overnight accommodations in Granada are at the Gran Hotel Luna de Granada. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Monday, February 9, 2027

[Granada to Tangier via Algeciras]

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart Granada for a scenic drive to Algeciras, stopping in Málaga (or Marbella) for lunch and a brief visit. We’ll then continue to the port, where we'll board the ferry to Tangier, Morocco. Once we arrive and check into our hotel, we’ll enjoy dinner out in Tangier. Overnight accommodations in Tangier are at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier City Center. (B, L, D)

Day 8: Tuesday, February 10, 2027

[Exploring Tangier]

Today, we’ll enjoy a full-day guided tour of Tangier. We’ll wander through the winding streets of the Medina, explore the historic Kasbah, and visit Cap Spartel, where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. We’ll then visit the American Legation Museum before enjoying dinner out in the city. Overnight accommodations in Tangier are at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier City Center. (B, L, D)

Day 9: Wednesday, February 11, 2027

[Chefchaouen Day Trip]

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a drive to the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen. Here, we’ll spend the day exploring its cobalt streets and relaxed mountain atmosphere. Later, we’ll join a cooking class with a local family, learning traditional recipes and enjoying the meal you prepare together. We then return to Tangier for the evening. Overnight accommodations in Tangier are at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier City Center. (B, L, D)

Day 10: Thursday, February 12, 2027

[Casablanca & Departure]

Following breakfast, we’ll travel by high speed train to Casablanca. Upon arrival, we’ll take an afternoon tour of the city, including the majestic Hassan II Mosque and the Royal Palace. Together, we’ll celebrate our final evening with a memorable farewell dinner, then transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B, L, D)

Day 11: Friday, February 13, 2027

[Return travel to the US]

Departure flights out of Casablanca are around midnight. We arrive back home in the US on Friday.
